One of the ways we encourage leaders to clarify their priorities and purpose is to tap into their leadership calling — that inner urge, conviction, or passion that tells you how you can make a unique, positive contribution through their leadership in this moment. It doesn’t have to be your life’s mission: your calling can be anything that ensures you’re using your leadership platform to its full potential right now. Identifying it is a powerful way to refocus your why and reenergize as a leader and help you lead your team and organization to new levels of performance and impact (need different word given impact was in prior sentence)
